Last night I took an awesome yoga class! It's crazy because today I am feeling like a new woman. My posture feels better, my body feels less tight, my mind feels clearer. Good stuff, dudes. Ooooohhhhhhmmmmm.
Yes Heather! I can hardly picture your posture any better than it already is...but way to go! Om Namah Shivaya...I honor the divine that resides inside me.
